On the 23. and 24. of march, about 15 of us met in Kralupy nad Vltavou to demonstrate in front of circus Astra.

Week ago one of the demonstrationist took pictures of animals kept in this circus in poor conditions: undernourished horse, lama (animal like small camel without humps) with very bad injured leg, pony on a chain and ponies injured from the transport, dogs closed in a small, iron cage and other animals including two camels.

We took a lot of pictures and stroke the animals for a while at least. The people from circus wern´t noticing us, first at the end one of them started to shout at us and swear.

What concerns the visitors of the circus, we gave them the leaflets of Svoboda zvířat and some of us talked with those, who showed interrest. They were just few. At the end our rage sounded in some shouts.

All of us were from the beginning properly frozen, but by the way back our fingers hold the circus placard.
